Project Summary

Trony, one of Italy’s largest appliance retailers, commissioned our lab to develop, design, and install all of the components and imagery for an interactive, digital store for their new concept, “Mini TRONY.”

Brief

Working closely with Coppola Design and Web-Dev, we realized a digital ecommerce experience where a user could communicate with a virtual salesperson and independently search for and learn about products carried by TRONY. Our lab created and oversaw all of the technical and creative elements of the project, producing a new, technologically exciting way to shop. This included developing all custom software and hardware needed for the project as well as all 2D and 3D animation.

Approach

The “Mini TRONY” digital store consisted of an online, interactive catalog and a series of multimedia experiences aimed to deepen a customer’s knowledge of the brand’s products and services. The customer point of view and user friendly technology was at the center of our design process. This digital store was accessible both on-site in stores as well as via smartphones.
